OUR TRAINING INCLUDES BUT IS IN NO WAY LIMITED TO:

We train individuals how to be competent and professional leaders in field and in remote or isolated environments, using operations orders and patrolling as the training venues.  This may include dismounted and/or mounted patrolling (to include convoy operations).

We train individuals to be successful managers and conduct successful operations from an office and/or operations center environment.  This includes how to organize an office headquarters for efficiency, physical security, operations security and success.

We mentor executive leadership and national leadership of organizations on an individual level in a non-intrusive manner.  We are experts at assisting but staying in the background.  We mentor versus command.

We focus on 1:50,000 scale topographic maps and train individuals to successfully navigate as a team and as an individual in indigenous terrain, ...day and night, on foot and in vehicles

Effective and humane encounters with the indigenous population and suspects that foster respect for basic human rights  

Many of our mentors have USA Federal Communications Commission licenses and can successfully employ UHF, VHF and HF radio communications line of sight and over the horizon, as well as operate satellite devices

This is a fundamental aspect of successful operations that is often poorly understood by our clients, competitors and prime contractors, especially at the tactical and operational levels.

Employment of firearms is a last resort but when they are necessary they must be employed effectively
