ABOUT GLETS

Global Law Enforcement Training & Solutions (GLETS) is a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) registered in the U.S. state of Delaware since 2016.  It has a license to operate in Florida where it conducts primary business.  

Mission statement:  GLETS provides law enforcement oriented training and assessment services when contracted, throughout the world, in order to foster host nation security.  That in turn encourages businesses to invest in those countries and that in turn provides economic stability for those countries.  That in turn improves living conditions in those countries and reduces mass emigration.

GLETS is a US company and adheres to US Equal Employment Opportunity regulations at the federal, state and local level.  GLETS firmly adheres to effective and humane law enforcement tactics, techniques and procedures.  

Trainers and Mentors are primarily retired law enforcement officers from federal, state, local and tribal entities.  Many also have military experience from the United States Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard.  The diversity of their education, training, experience and skills is vast and too lengthy to list on a website.  Suffice it to state that GLETS personnel are unusually diverse in their training and experiences in reference to primary law enforcement skills, as well as secondary and tertiary skills and collateral functions.  Just some of those skills include equestrian operations, canine operations, community relations, various medical certifications, merchant marine credentials, radio licenses, pathfinder operations, SCUBA certifications, parachuting (free-fall and static line) experience, foot-based land navigation, on and off-road four-wheel vehicle operations, on and off-road motorcycles, safe food service, extended supported and unsupported field operations, building design, radio antennas, rappelling, fast-roping, communications security, heavy equipment operation, foreign language skills, and so much, much more.  Our cadre is mature and enjoys training throughout the world.

Although we can train clients within the USA we find it immensely superior for the participants to train in their home country unless it is otherwise too dangerous for participants to do so.  In those "intermediate danger areas" it may be necessary to contract additional armed security for the training participants in classrooms, offices, lodging and field environments.   Depending upon client requirements, USA locations would most likely be in central Florida or southern California, but many other options are available if training in the home country is not reasonable or safe.

With the permission of the Anti-Terrorism Assistance (ATA) office of the US State Department GLETS has trained both military and law enforcement personnel in their home countries as a sub-contractor.  Those programs include successful delivery of:

Cadre profiles – GLETS cadre are all at least 50 years old with many in their 60s and a few in their 70s.  They are seasoned professionals with enormous experience, competence and wisdom to impart through training and mentoring.  Due to issues with international terrorism and "dox'ing" GLETS publishes neither names of our cadre nor all entities that have been in a contract with GLETS.  Any concerns can be mitigated with in-person meetings.

GLETS is primarily organized to execute contracts for the US State Department and other US organizations, but in the correct circumstances GLETS would consider registering as a foreign agent.
