COMPETENCE:
- It is developed after decades of individual education, training and experience.
- None of our instructors are less than 50 years old.
- All of our personnel deploying must pass a GLETS physical fitness test involving an 8.047 kilometer (5.0 miles) timed-foot movement event.
INTEGRITY:
- No one detests a corrupt law enforcement officer like a professional law enforcement officer.
- We will never give away or sell our integrity or tolerate those who do.
PROFESSIONALISM:
- It is exuded in all we do, derived from a commitment to be the very best advisors, coaches, counselors, instructors, mentors and trainers in this profession.
- We treat our clients as we would desire to be treated if we were in our client's position. We do not harass, haze or belittle our participants.
WISDOM:
- It is developed from lengthy careers culminating in a successful retirement when some others departed due to an inability to complete the training to standards, a poor career match, were forced to resign, were terminated, were prosecuted, committed suicide, died off-duty, died on-duty, etc.
- It takes elements of wisdom and luck to reach retirement and still be fit to work.
